1. Before washing with soap, drink 1 or 2 cups of lukewarm water.
The reason for drinking water is to increase the effectiveness. Water plays a big role in order for good ingredients in soap to be quickly delivered to where our body needs to be. 2. I wash my face lightly with Atona soap.
Wash it with the feeling of removing foreign substances and problematic causes on the skin.
3. For the second cleaning, apply enough soap bubbles and rub it vigorously for 3-4 minutes like a pressure massage.
Repeat two or three more times in areas with severe problematic skin and massage with soap bubbles for more than 7-8 minutes. The longer you massage with soap bubbles, the better the result.
