6. What is vacuum freeze-drying?
It is a special manufacturing method that preserves the nutrients of the raw materials by rapidly freezing them at temperatures below -35°C and then sublimating moisture in a vacuum state to dry and maintain the unique taste and nutrition of the raw materials.
